Download/schedule links via email.
You will receive an “Order Details” email with product download links by the email address you provided on the checkout page. If you can’t find it, don’t forget to check your spam folders.
Download/schedule links on account page.
You can get access to all your downloads anytime from My Account page in 2 steps. Your account will be created automatically after purchase.
1. Use your email and password to login into your account. If you log in the first time please use your email and reset the password (press the Lost your password? link) and follow the instructions.
2. After you logged in to the account page click the Download link in the list.
Refunds and Returns.
If you have any issues please don’t hesitate to reach out to [email protected] so that we can make it right. However, there are no refunds on any digital/downloadable products, services, or machines and equipment. All sales are final.
Do you honor past prices?
Unfortunately, we cannot honor past rates or promotions. All products and services must be booked their current prices.
